You can pay the same amounts in another currency if you prefer to. For example, the fees are 10, 14 and 20 EUR, respectively.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

You'll receive payment instructions from our office after having reserved a session. Payments can be made by a regular bank transfer or by a credit card.

We process online payments through PayPal. Please pay on behalf of our account: betapago@hotmail.com

Important

Please remember that no counseling session can begin without an upfront payment. The easiest way is that you pay immediately after having reserved your session.

It is very important that clients protect themselves against online frauds. Latpsi never will enquire on your credit card or PayPal account details. The payments online are under the client's responsibility.

Changes in counseling sessions:

If you have to change the date or time of your counseling session, it is imperative that you communicate with our office early. The limit is 48 hours prior to the session begin. If you make your petition to rescedule your session after that dead-line, it is unfortunately too late which results a cancellation. Unfortunately, a prepaid counseling session can not be reimbursed in case of a cancelation.

Negligence and problem situations:

Live counseling sessions begin punctually. It is important that the client is ready to pick up the incoming call in time or present online to answer the psychologist who opens the connection. If there is no answer, the result is a cancelled session without a reimbursement.

In problem situations we shall contact you by e-mail. Latpsi reserves the right to cancel a counseling session in a problem situation, for example, if there is a technical or another kind of a problem which results a reimbursement to the client.

How to apply this list of fees:

Live sessions: the fees include an out-going call placed by the psychologist. The client is always responsible of the costs that may occur when the he/she picks up the incoming call. Especially, the costs that may occur due to using a cell phone are always under the client's responsability. Remember that using a cell phone is expensive in many countries. We encourage the use of land-line phones or video-conferencing whenever possible.
